This gives small businesses a level of security for data that they simply
otherwise could not afford to set up and maintain on their own servers.

Data always remains yours and can downloaded, backed-up at any time
while your account is active.

You can export your data in a database format (MySQL) or
to a spreadsheet in full or in module parts (CSV file).

TRIAL PERIOD
The first 20 days are free. There are no strings or obligations to proceed.

PAYMENTS
Prices are based on the number of modules you use at a monthly rate for each plus a charge for hosting and bandwidth.

Payments are made in advance for the following quarter
(3 month period).

Payments must be made using a valid credit or debit card through our secure online payments system.

At any time after subscribing you will be able to export the data in your Suite as a .csv file or a database file MySQL,
so no information is lost.

Unpaid accounts are temporarily frozen and data is kept
for a 90 day period. After this period the data you have entered into the system will be deleted.

We will respond within 48 hours having reviewed
your site and question.

Any technical problems experienced can also be raised

Our 24/7 support line is available to subscribed users
and is charged at £1 per minute. If you prefer to talk
through additional customisation with us this way rather
than by email please be aware of this cost.

Any technical problems experienced raised with us
this way that relate to real bugs or downtime are
free of charge.
